I hurt my foot where my big toe connects at that knuckle on my right foot. Its been about 3 weeks since I hurt it (I'm thinking its a small hairline fracture), and I have been walking with limp after my leg days. Any suggestions on how to take preassure off my toes when doing squats (I'm guessing calf raises are out of the question) or is it best to just lay off for a few weeks until it heals up?

You really shouldn't have too much pressure on your toes while doing squats anyway. You're supposed to put the weight on your heels.

There is still preassure on it for ballancing purposes. You always forget how much you use a certain part of your body until you injur it. I need minimal to no preassure at all for it to not hurt like crazy. I dont really want to have to lay off, seeing as how that will cut my routine in half. My leg routine is already lacking because of it.

Well if you can't put any pressure on it without it hurting, I would recommend taking a break and seeing a doc.

I should also say that it only hurts during and about 3 or 4 hours after I work out.
