Lately I've been feeling hunger even after I eat.. that, and it includes bloating! I've never experienced this type of problem before so I don't know. I've been searching around for an answer the only thing I found is that I might not be eating enough protein and carbs. I eat regularly, and no matter how little, how much, or just how right I eat, the hunger is still there after I eat. I'll eat and then five to ten minutes later I'll feel hungry again. I'm hoping maybe someone might be able to help me with this? This feels like the right forum to post in under... might be caused by some malnutrition or something related.
