hunger after lifting going down?

    I used to always be so fucking hungry after lifting and it worked out perfectly, but lately I find myself not being able to eat afterward. Im sitting here with a nice steak, green beans, and some pb but none of it looks good and im just not hungry at all.

    it's a good idea, but i never get hungry when I am high either

    Seriously, this might help.

    Also, is this just recently or been going on for a while? Sometimes my appetite will fluctuate for a couple weeks and then go back to normal. Doing more cardio will also decrease hunger after a workout.
    If I do cardio after my workout I need at least an hour or so to get my appetite up, but if if I only lift I will be hungry the minute I leave the gym.

    You have probably upped the calories overall since you started lifting. I find that if I eat a little before my workout I feel great, but my appetite is not as predominant afterward.

    Cut down on the layin in bed and stretchin your pumped quads for hours.

    it is becoming more accepted than ever for its better-than-any-medicine benefits.
    Im still half way against it though because it kills my drive/motivation

    Mostly because alcohol isn't great for lifters. It has calories, it slows protein synthesis, and is bad for LBM gains.

    So for a lot of people weed is the "guilt-free" means of getting messed up.

    Yea, I am always able to get food down and eat enough. It's just that I look at the food and have no hunger at all. I have to basically force myself to get it down.

    The rest of the day is fine too..I am usually fucking starving every 2 hours after a meal and I eat like a monster.

    i eat right before i lift, sip on xtend during my workout and i am still fucking starving while lifting..:dunno:

    I'm never hungry after lifting, or playing basketball, or even if I just go on a hike.

    If I've exercised in any way, shape or form, even for the smallest amount of time, my appetite kicks the bucket like I just choked down 400 cigarettes. It stays that way for hours afterwards too.

    All I wanna do after lifting or a pick up game is shower, sit down and watch TV or something.
