try whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, chicken, stuffing, vegtables, pizza is ok if you know how to control it (each slice is usually ~200 cals), oatmeal

    moderation.

im cutting as well and low carb does suck, but i still eat noodles/rice still because my mom cooks it everyday. i only eat little of it.

chicken breast, fat free/low fat cottage cheese, steak, egg whites, the list goes on. their was a member here, forgot his name, but he made a thread asking about foods that are low cal and fullfilling, so he came up with cheese quesedas: non-fat tortilla (50cals), low fat/fat free cheese (?cals), and some veggies.

I agree that you can eat anythign if you just limit the portion or whatever but still pizza isn't very healthy for you.
