    It's a bit off topic but it's a very cool show... right now they're going over the Israeli self-defense technique, Krav Maga.

    Shows you how to defend against knife attacks, being held at gunpoint, etc...

    It's on the History Channel right now.

    The show is a neat concept, but poor execution. You cannot possibly learn enough in that time frame to truly fight someone and win IN THAT STYLE. You can bring things in from other styles, and you may already know some of that style (which is really likely given the previous MMA experience of the hosts), but you can't learn a whole new art and then expect to beat someone who has been fighting that art for many, many years. Simply learning a few "moves" doesn't equate to being able to fight. In every episode, that's all they mention. "This move looks like just what I need to beat the other guy in our fight."

    the kra mara was pretty good cause he didnt realy fight a champ. gave you a good look at the things you can do.
