outside of brains, i think all animals > humans

Animals can rarely ever compete with humans for endurance. Most animals are designed to give an enormous burst of effort for a very short time.

According to Matt Furey.... the reason monkeys and apes are stronger is because they workout with bodyweight exercises as opposed to weights.:ugh:

We also have opposable thumbs, which puts us ahead for pretty much 99.999% of the animal kingdom.

Someone should train a gorilla to bench, squat, and deadlift.

evolution is owning us as well...as we get smarter and develop better technology, we need our muscle less and less

prehistoric humans were probably pretty ripped

even greek and roman statues depict ripped guys, and you know they didn't have gyms back then and their diet sucked

    :dunno:
