    Ok, so your body releases only two times in your life

    1 - REM sleep
    2 - 90% MHR

    So I have started all my work-outs not to where I do:

    15 pushups (I know - I'm a light weight push-uper)
    15 30lb swings (my own concoction with a calf raise added)
    14 PU
    14 swings
    13 PU
    13 swing.
    ....
    ...
    then from 5 down I do 5 PU and 5 swing, last set 5/10

    These is usually where my heartrate is poudning through my chest

    ... then I start lifting with my barbell, training in mostly multi-joint movements and I'll incorporate multiple lifts into one (where possible). It's rockin so far :bigthumb: I used to have REALLY bad DOMS and really bad muscle repair and it would really hinder me from actually repeating the a workout with the same weights let alone adding weight. Now I'm fine the next day to do it all again :)

    What do you guys think about HGH? Am I just imagining myself feeling awesome the day after? or should I look somehwere else to why I have much faster muscle recovery

    So wait, what you saying are, you want to work at 90% MHR, so your body will make 11ty billion tons of HGH and you become ronnie coleman? Watch out man, that shit isnt to be played with, you might get toobig too fast, and your brain will explode.

    perhaps this is retardation taking over, but what are swings? can someone explain that exercise to me?

    and arent there a million different ways to get to 90% of your max heart rate?

    WTF, your body only releases HGH during those two times?

    I am guessing the 4 hours of sleep I got while I was lifting seriously hurt me bad. :wtc:

    This sounds real real dumb. I hope you don't go to the gym to do pushups and "swings"

    edit: I shouldn't talk I guess, my routine sucked balls before I came here for help.

    your body releases it throughout the day though the largest is at night IN REM sleep

    Sleep is the only time it realeases naturally as far as I know. I never heard of heart rate effecting it, which is possible I suppose but I've never seen any articles on it. So get your sleep fellas.

    And yea, HGH is fuckin expencive, $500 is a realistic price :eek4:

    Jintropin is the most reasonable, and like $200 a kit right? I have such a girthy waist though that HGH stuff scares me, even when I'm lean I'm big around.

    Well HGH does a whole lot for your body besides just muscle growth, I just thought it was really sweet that I could a)create it and b) release it at will

    So what do you guys think? has anybody ever tried something like this before? I don't think it's overthinking at all, I mean come on you have to learn how to do form correct, knowing that getting my HR up to 90% is a heck of a lot easier than thinking about all the joints in my body being aligned as I'm doing a full squat or a DL, ya know?

    ps - when the heck did they start letting people buy HGH?

    the key word in that sentence is "let." ...It all depends on how resourceful you'd like to be.

    2 weeks ago, not for size bc thats really not its purpose unless you are using aas with it. I'm using a small dose per recommendation of my doctor. My leg still hasn't healed so I'm trying this.

    your doc recommended GH?!?!?! Did he write you a script or just suggest that you order it illegally?

    Starving yourself also increases GH.. do you want to try that too?

    Seriously though - your workout totally sucks. Here's what to do:
    Lift heavy things - compound movements like squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press, rows and pullups

    Eat more - include lots of protein, healthy fats and complex carbs
    Track your diet on www.fitday.com

    You're worrying WAY too much about the little things. Even if you could somehow boost your natural GH production, I'd be suprised if that translated into significant results in the gym.
