Where is a good place to get templates, or how do you create emails that look like the HTML rich ones from: http://www.constantcontact.com/

Also for those who don't support HTML emails how do you allow MIME multipart/alternative, having both HTML and plain text options?

i do it for a living and can make one on the cheap.

    lemme know :)

as for the mime questions, you declare your content type in the header of the email as multipart/alternative and give the message both HTML and text versions.

I'm building the HTML file now based off the template posted up top.

When actually sending the message what's the best way to do it? I use outlook 2007.

I host my website on bluehost and I see under simplescripts in the cpannel they have different options for mailing lists but it looks like they are all charge?
