Yes I know I am a noob and I am aware my site looks like it was made by a 8 year old in 1999. That being said I need help

My information is mis-aligned, but I didn't change any of the code. When I have it in dream weaver it isn't mis-aligned. I am very crappy at this if you couldn't tell. So if anyone happens to have any extra time to check it out and might know how to fix it, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
