simple question. i think. i have an document with a form (lets call it a.php).. the forms action points to "file.php".. how do i include file.php in a.php so that the action points to a part of the script instead of "file.php"?

you could make the form point to "a.php" and at the beginning of a.php check if the post or get variable has been set. if it has than evaluate the form, otherwise show the form. is that what you are trying to do?

you dont you perform form processing as a part of the script.
