HTML META pass values

    So I have this bit of code written as a php in html:

    echo "<meta HTTP-EQUIV=REFRESH content=\"0; baud_rate_set.php?check_board=$_REQUEST[check_board]\">";

    How do i pass it another value that i define (baud_rate=9)?
