There's nothing wrong with the form, we need to see the code for formMail.jsp in order to figure out whats wrong. Are you getting any error messages when you submit it?

The actual emailing is done by the formMail.jsp file. All that form does is collect data, it's just a front end to formMail.jsp. Thats where the changes need to be made.

You need to write a little script (in Perl or PHP probably) that will send the contents to your email. There are TONS of these out there that you can use for free, just search scriptsearch.com or hotscripts.com and you'll find one that serves your needs. You CAN technically send it directly to your email through the form action, but it's insecure and most browsers will pop up a warning when the user presses submit on a form that does this.

Its been a while since I've done HTML only form emails, but have you tried 'form action="mailto:[email protected]"' ?

the action=mailto:... will not work ... the action is the page it will fetch when the form is submitted ... as was stated before, the only way for you to receive the information is by programming it onto another page or the page itself in either PERL or PHP or ASP. Some backend programming language ... otherwise you cant do it by simple HTML methods.

    DOH!

We need some more old schoolers in here!

For this to work, you need a registered-with-the-browser email client. By technical definition, this will work. Although by today's standards, very out of style. But functionality is the key. View source on the form and notice the form variables (there might be a few others to play with like send to and reply to, but I'll leave that as an exercise in google searching).
