    Its not exactly a good value car, but its an awesome sight to see from Holden, a true collectors item, and all that.

    Import sackriders will bash it as being overly powerful and outdated, but i'd much prefer this to a GTR.

    That grille isn't at all trying to be like BMW, not a bit. No sir.

    That said, overall, it looks good.

    So tell me, does gasoline cost $10c/gal in Oz, or do people there just not care? Because there sure seem to be a lot of these big cars with big engines over yonder.

    This particular example costs soo bloody much that i guess if you are forking out the cash for it you just wouldn't care too much about fuel prices.

    Sales are hurting though.

    Its about $6/gallon here atm. More in a lot of other places. You americans have it cheap!

    :ugh::ugh::ugh::ugh:
    and btw they pay ~7/gal of gas. Yep, they have expensive automotive tastes, to buy and operate.

    its called just living with it and not bitching

    yes cars cost alot to operate. We all know it, its getting worse lately.

    I'd still rather something fun to drive over an econobox.

    I am in love. I'd hate to see what a set of those wheels cost though.

    Thank you.

    I love what Holden has done in the last few years. I still think their side exhaust concept car is the most beautiful non exotic car of today's age.

    the coupe 60 is a brilliant looking concept, as the original monaro was back in 1999 :o I really hope Holden are secretly making a production version, behind closed doors

    Sold out already. Goes to show, people don't care if they can buy a m3 for the money, they would rather drive the Holden.

    Imagine all the R&D put into that car, then the development and manufacturing just for 427 models. I would rather have that sedan than a new M3 every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

    Kinda ugly, but I dig the aggressive look. I really like the wheels.
