Thinking of buying the HSU VTF-3 subwoofer for my home theater. I have recently moved into a new house, with a much larger family/living room than we had previously. Consequently, my old kenwood subwoofer seems flat and underpowered.

Does anyone have one and care to comment on it?

i have the vtf-2 so the bigger vtf-3 should be a pretty good choice

i find myself wanting more now, now that ive become used to the bass but for a budget sub im quite impressed and my listening room has a big large volume and bad acoustics and the vtf-2 keeps me happy

run dual ports and run through the crossovers on the sub ftw. i went from rca to wiring into the sub terminals and out to the speakers and the difference is awesome.

so yeah go for it, good sub for the moolah imo.

(i plan to upgrade to svs cylinders)
