Too much shit to keep track of to be perfectly honest. Half the time I have no idea what weight will put me into what rep range.

I like full body workouts, but I think it focuses too much on short term load progression instead of long term.

any simple modifications to make it better in your opinion?

I just wanted to find out if it was total snake oil before I bothered trying to find out what my 15rm 10rm and 5rm were

i have a home gym and the only equipment i have is a squat rack + barbell set.

So my exercises are pretty limited for chest/back (bench, cgbench, pullups, bbrows).

With those days, I would do...

    mon - shoulders/arms
    thur - legs
    sun - chest/back

because this would give me 2 days of rest after legs

Yeah since even with sore chest/back, I can still get a good shoulder/arm day.

    WTF ever happened to push/pull/legs?
