    fucking awesome.

has a little lcd screen with a very easy-to-navigate interface.

common sense layout on the front panel broken down into four sections..

    print/menu navigation --- copy --- scan --- fax.

    31ppm text, draft.

very nice photo printing, on par with walmart's one hour photo

has a document feeder for multi-paged copies and faxes.

comes with a lot of software, which is usually a pain in the ass.. but all the software is pretty good, and its all accessible through one main menu, which is a huge plus. also comes with OCR software to convert scanned documents to editable text.

6 ink cartridges.. one large black + 5 smaller color.

text in draft mode looks good enough to negate using medium or high quality printing.

wireless built in, can be used with a router (recommended) or without.. and of course you can also use USB if you'd like. hardwired ethernet hookup also available.

also has multiple-format memory card readers and camera usb hookup. you can access the contents and print right from the printers lcd menu.

also has seperate trays for letter size paper and 4x6 photo paper

    price: $255

drawbacks: glass is only letter size.. however, this can be a plus because it has a relatively small footprint for as many features as it includes.

    cliffs: highly recommended :bigthumb:
