how's this for my chest routine?

    I'm guessing he is adding the two DBs together. There are a group of college guys at my gym who do more chest volume than that. They don't do back nor legs though.

    try sets of 3 on those lifts besides the flat bench.

    yea thats what im doing.
    at my gym the db's only go up to 85lbs.
