Let me see if I can paint a picture for you. Its Canada. Its -20 celcius outside, mild snowstorm. I leave my house and I begin the 20 minute walk to the gym. I arrive at the gym, I begin my cardio training which consists of 20 minutes of HIIT followed by 20 minutes of moderate ( 8 min mile) cardio. After completing that I rehydrate and head downstairs to the weight room. Its leg day, and it goes like this: Squats - 3 sets Leg Press - 4 sets Quad Extensions - 3 sets Calf Raises - 5 sets I leave and begin the 20 min walk home, its still snowing and its still freezing. But all I think of the chicken and pasta awaiting me at home and tommorows workout.
