    Superset:
    -Barbell Curls 5 x 10
    -Close-grip extensions 5x10

    Triset
    -Preacher bench curls 5 x 10
    -Skullcrushers - 5 x 10
    -reverse preacher curls 5 x 10

    Superset
    -overhead incline DB extension 5 x 10
    -incline DB hammer curls 5 x 10

    Superset
    -21's 5 x 21
    -one-hand underhand extensions 5 x 10

    triset
    -squat cable curls 5 x 12
    -ROPE extensions 5 x12
    -concentration curls 5 x 8

    behind the back dips 7 x 25



    I hope I don't get a runny nose cause I cna't touch my face. I couldn't wash my hair or lather up my shoulders in the shower.
