doing 500 push ups and sit ups a day? pros - cons?
are you still 5'10 160? The last time you posted here you were swimming and lifting, what happened to that? This seems fishy!

ya, cant swim anymore for a while....i had a seziure two seizures last week, went to the doctor, he gave me pills, so i probably wont get them anymore BUT...I CANT DRIVE FOR 3 MONTHS!!!! swimming did keep in me in good shape
did you have a seizure while posting that?
