It's starting to cool off ... time to bulk up. Made some fried rice. Not really fried rice, but just tossed all the ingredients together: 1 cup white rice 6oz rotissiere chicken w/ some skin 2 whole eggs 2tbspn margarine 1 cup of mixed veggies 2 glasses of milk Total count: 970 cals, 80g protein, 112g carbs, 44g fats Tasted pretty decent too, considering I can't cook all that well. Took me 10-15 min to prep. I think next time, I'll cut out the margarine, and I could probably cut some carbs from it too. Anyone have any easy to prepare meals that you eat for bulking?
