How's this diet?

    Breakfast
    • 1 /2 cups cut fresh fruit
    • 8 ounces green tea
    • 1 cup hot cereal
    • 1 cup breakfast potatoes (don't eat on no lift day)
    • 1 slice whole wheat toast with 2 tablespoons peanut butter
    • 3 scrambled eggs (6 egg whites on no lift day)
    • 8 ounces 2% milk

    Lunch
    • 12 ounces fresh fruit juice
    • 2 cups dark salad greens with olives, avocado, nuts, and olive oil dressing
    • 2 cups rice (brown rice)
    • 8 ounces sugar-sweetened beverage (drop on no lift day)
    • 6 ounces chicken (no skin and nonfried on no lift day)
    • 1 cup black beans mixed in rice

    Dinner
    • 12 ounces fresh fruit juice
    • 1 1/2 cups cooked asparagus and baby carrots
    • 2 cups angel hair pasta with pesto sauce
    • 9 ounce rib-eye steak (tenderloin on no lift day)

    Nighttime Snack
    • 3 ounces walnuts
    • 20 grams whey protein in a shake/smoothie
