I wanted to get some whey protein, Amino Acids, BCAA, creatine and glutamine. Is ON a good brand for all of these?

    cool thanks.

One last question about sup. Is Animal Pak good for a multi or is it over hyped? I currently use a regular multi (centrum). Would that be enough?

I'm pretty sure that the threadstarter is just fishing for attention.

I think I remember him posting in F&N.

    Isn't he crosseyed or something?

Well if you have posted here before I find it hard to believe that you wouldn't have heard of ON and the fact that pretty much everyone here takes/has taken ON.

I'm using 100% Gold Standard ON Whey 10lbs Double Chocolate. It is tasty, you don't need a blender, and goes down nice and smooth. Mixing with water tastes like watered down hot-chocolate, but mixing with milk or chocolate milk is FTW.

    Good shit imo.
