why do bicep exercises before pullups? compound first then iso makes more sense.

    Wow, that is a lot.

My upper day today was like this:

    Flat bench: warmup, 7 x 4
    Weighted pull ups: 4 x 6
    Skull crushers: 3 x 9
    Cable row: 4 x 6
8-count pushups (sometimes referred to as "burpees"): 4 x 10 supersetted with the cable rows.

I didn't do anywhere near what you did and I feel dead right now.

alternate your lower days with either squats or deads so you can go heavy on both.. its not easy to do heavy squats and heavy deads in the same day..

    Squats 5x5
    Lunges 3x12 (walking lunges, whatever)
    Romanian deadlifts 3x8-12
    Calf work (few supersets)

and then the next lower day

    Deadlifts 5x5
    One legged squats/hack squats/split squats
    good mornings
    sldl's
    calf work
