Im trying to gain a lil mass / weight.. I eat all the time but nothing helps

im 5'11" and i weigh 125-130 (it varies) anyways.. Here is my work out..

    10-15 min on treadmill jogging..
Then I do butterfly 3 reps of 10
    Curls 3 reps of 10
Pull down 3 reps of 10
    crunches 5 reps of 10
    bench 3 reps of 10
    chin ups 10... lol
then back to butterfly, curls, pull down, bench again..

Is this helping or hurting me?

    if this thread is serious....

why are you running before every workout if you are having trouble gaining weight? you say you eat alot but you're not eating enough if your not gaining weight. (harsh, but true)

    legs?

    back?

    why just arms and chest?

eat more. you can do it. eat more.

you dont need to do cardio before your workout. you dont need to get your heartrate up before you lift.

    That routine sucks.

This routine should help you pack on mass. Isolation exercises like "butterflys" and curls aren't what you need to be doing. You need heavy compound movements (which means moving a lot of weight over a long range of motion involving multiple joints.) These are the types of exercises that will illicit the physiological responses necessary to spark muscle growth.

If you want to do some "warm-up" before starting to lift, do a few minutes of dynamic stretching, targeted at the bodyparts you'll be working. That will get the blood flowing and joints loosened up without wasting a bunch of energy that could otherwise be expended on your lifts.

You say you eat "all the time." What does that mean in terms of caloric intake? Measure it. Write down what you eat, figure out your total calories, total grams of protein, total grams of carbs, and total grams of fat. Post the results back here, then people can tell you what you need to change in terms of diet to see results.

Its helping you in the sense that its better than doing nothing... though if you are trying to put size on... maybe nothing is actually abit better.
Work your legs seriously, and at least for now drop the curls and crunches.
