Hows my routine? v.just got somebody to revise it

    okay... old routine that somebody from here made for me:
    Day 1:
    flat bench
    incline db bench
    dips
    rope press
    cg bench or skullcrushers

    Day 2:
    deadlift
    lat pulldown or pullups
    seated row
    seated db curl
    cg bb curl

    Day 3:
    squat
    leg curl
    seated calf
    shoulder press
    side raises



    Now heres the routine that I got a fitness trainer to edit for me (since I was comming in more then 3 days a week, usually 4-5.

    Day 1
    flat bench
    incline bench
    dips
    rope press
    cg bench
    shoulder press
    lateral raises

    day 2
    deadlifts
    lat pulldowns
    seated row
    db curls
    bb curls
    squats
    leg curl
    calf press

    repeat

    weighted crunches 3x15

    day 2
    power clean 4x6
    push press 5x5
    front squat 4x8
    one arm db snatch 5,4,3,2,1
    weighted hyperextensions 3x12

    day 3
    c&j 4x6
    romanian deadlift 4x5
    hang snatch 5x5
    back squat 4x6
    pulldown crunches 3x15

    This guy makes a new thread every month or two saying he'll start and ellicits everyone for help, but he'll just give up anyways. So don't even bother. He gets real butthurt and is super lazy.

    the first one isn't bad in the way it's layed out, but it could use more exercises. if i wasn't about to go i'd add them. just things like leg presses and accessory exercises

    leg curl
    calf raise

    tuesday
    flat bench
    bb row
    shoulder press
    dips/other tricep movement
    bicep curls
    shrugs

    repeat on thurs and friday

    go 3x8 on all sets

    im trying to loose weight.. keep that in mind so shouldnt I do more reps and what exactly is bad with my routine

    IMO the routine you posted has too much volume. You are doing 2-3 excersises per muscle group, for 3 sets..

    What peal posted looks good, i would just add something in their for back width such as chins, or a pulldown.

    its nothing remarkable, just simple upper lower split.

    as for inferno, I'm tired of helping you and you continually question us. Its shit, its a unanimous decision.
