hows my diet today?

    cinamon oatmeal and milk
    hashbrown and 4 sausages (ran out of eggs), oj
    1/2 of subway double meat, italian sandwich w/ wheat bread, salad, milk
    rice, bok choy, fish
    rest of sandwich, milk
    cinamon oatmeal, 4 tbspn natural pb

    143 lbs, trying to gain weight.

    We'd be able to tell better if you ran all that through fitday and got your macro breakdowns, etc.

    That being said, needs more milk and chicken breasts.

    That's lucky to be 2000 calories, bump it up a good bit til u start seeing consistant gains on the scale

    I noticed if I stay in on the weekends I dont slack on eating. Just had my 3 hour snack

    Tuna
    Rice
    Protein shake
    Peanut butter
    Yogurt
    16 ounces of milk

    I'm staying in more, whenever I go out theres always an excuse to not eat right.

    Your diet isn't, you should be eating.

    It has worked for me, don't see why it wouldn't for you :dunno:
