I just want to get some tips and see if I'm doing okay. I started doing deadlifts about 2 weeks ago so I'm not 100% sure if this is the right form.....I have just watched a few videos and tried to copy.

    Thanks. :wiggle:

Oh and you're using gloves which can inhibit grip, and only doing like 195 or so

    Thanks!
I dunno, I like using gloves. :dunno: Maybe I'll try without.

Yeah as for the weight (about 190lb)......it's just a start. I'll work my way up!

well... i vote for using real plates and a real bar. those plates are very small and making you squat down very far

edit: i watched the video again, it looks to me like your legs are locking out too early

i cant really tell tho, do to the vid quality

If you don't want to drop the extra cash on big plates then just put two blocks of wood or somthing down. Something to prop it up a little off the ground.
