hows my daily diet? v.postyours

    this has been a typical day for me for the past 2 weeks or so... but im wondering what i can do to improve upon this

    Breakfast:

    - 2 packets organic oatmeal + fat free milk +organic almonds and dried bluberries
    - multivitamin
    - emergen-C joint support + water

    --GYM--

    post workout snack:

    organic orange juice + protein shake (either muscle milk or fat free milk... ~40g protein either way)

    Lunch:

    chicken breast and white rice with teryaki sauce ~30-40g protein

    snack:

    2 packs oatmeal with blueberries and almonds & fat free milk again

    Dinner:

    - varies from day to day :hs: i need to think of a good stable dinner... lately its been fat free chili with some cheese or tuna with white rice...

    Desert:

    - 2% greek style trader joes yogurt (50 protein per cup with 6g fat :eek3:) topped with organic agave nectar (low glycemic sweetener)



    would appreciate any input or if this thread goes in the right direction :o

    sigh... should have checked the front page for that "what have you eaten today?" thread

    but i guess this one is more about input and critiques.. who knows
