Hows my bulking intake? NUTRITION

    im trying to bulk hardcore so i upped my protein/carb/caloric intake...

    this is what i had for the past few days

    breakfast
    - 12 eggs scrambled (yolk removed on 4 of em)
    - 5 slices of toast
    - 1 cup of oatmeal mixed with bananas and 0% milk

    brunch
    - protein shake
    - tuna salad sandwich

    lunch
    - 1 roteisserie chicken (whole)
    - 6 eggs (hardboiled)
    - 1 cup cottage cheese

    pre workout
    - shake
    - tuna salad sandwich (half)

    post workout
    - shake
    - tuna salad sandwich (other half)

    dinner
    - 2 grilled chicken breasts (plain)
    - 6 eggs (hardboiled)




    i feel like im gonna barf 24/7 but i think its working... anything im missing?

    Props if you can actually eat all that shit. Even with my apetite I think I'd be struggling with that. What is the calorie/protein/fat/carb intake? I'm too lazy to fit day all of that.

    I'd probably throw up just from all the eggs....I can't eat more than like 8 before I want to gag.

    BTW introduce more carbs such as rice or potatoes.

    Sounds like two meals worth of protein. You need more carbs, more fat, and more calories in general.

    This is ri-goddamn-diclous.

    How does someone eat 12 fucking eggs, and a whole cup of oatmeal! I struggle to get down a half cup of oatmeal, some turkey sausage, protein drink w/ pb and a banana in the morning. :hs:

    Yeah! I'd say you're doing alright in the bulk diet!

    If you increase your intake gradually / properly.. it's amazing how much food you can consume.
