    well i posted this in the teen section of bb.com and they all seemed to say good job but i wanted some criticism and seeing how you guys all hate me.., you will be harsh...

    yea i was thinking that too. my arm genetics own my back so i look disproportional i think. gotta do extra rows

    jk, but seriously you're posting 3 month progress pics on a forum where several people were making fun of you like a week ago for making a billion progress/pic threads on other forums... I don't think this thread will turn out well. lookin good either way broseph, keep it up.

    nah my back got wider i think, delts are def. bigger(esp. the right one) and my arms are a lil bigger. i guess im lacking in lats sinse its been pointed out. thanks all for the positive and negative comments

    its just hard to tell with the two pictures..your delts are definitely big. i wish my arms would grow :hs:

    yea. i got pretty good arm genetics and from what ive seen germans (im german) usually have naturally good shoulders

    Definitely more width, but you're also standing closer in the 2nd pic.

    I'm not ragging on any progress because I know you're a dedicated kid, but there isn't enough progress to warrant a thread on it.

    Hit the lats more.

    really focus on pulling with your elbows on back workouts, if your arms are really starting to out grow your back, you are probably using a lot of bi's in your back movements.

    nah ive always had good bi's, i have good form on my lifts i read a lot of the t-nation articles. your talking about johnny biceps as t-nation called it, the ones who use a ton of weight and curl the weight at the end of the DB row. nah i try to keep my form as good as i can i just need to have more back days.
