As in Free Proxy, for example?

Apache's config references something to do with proxying, I'm guessing that's for web-browsers that need to be configured to use it, and that doesn't suit my needs. I'd like for something that re-routes stuff through the browser.

    Anyone know any proper software?

I'm lost at how multi-user works on these things, with cookies and all, but sure what can ya do.
