Compared to the rest of you. For a background, my goals are health, aesthetics, and strength - in those order. I do Chadburry's total body workout 3-4 times a week, hitting each of the 6 major muscle groups with 3x8, 3x5, and 2x12 routines. In most sessions, I do 6 compound lifts. I occasionally do 5 compound lifts and 1 isolation (bis, tris, calves, forearms), and sometimes 6 compounds and 1 isolation on 2x12 days. I jog a mile after every workout session. I also jog 2.5 miles 2 times a week at work. I'm 5'8" & 155lbs. I also eat relatively clean.

That said, I can deadlift about 165lbs with barbells on 3x8s (45+20lb on each side of the barbell). Bench press about 155lbs with barbells on 3x8s. Back squat about 165lbs on 3x8s. Bent over rows with shoulder-width grip about 85lbs with barbells on 3x8s.

Am I deemed unworthy and a weak skinny bastard?

Benching your body weight is just ok... I guess you need to try a new setup aka a 5x5 and go wild

yea it's kind of sad there. maybe that's because i mainly go after work at like 6-730. i occasionally go there late from 9-11, when the people there actuallylift more and seem to know what they're doing.

Deez is right, keep working hard and results will come. Weightlifting is more of an individual thing in my opinion, concentrate on yourself and breaking your own personal bests; try not to be too concerned with what everyone else in the gym is lifting, or what your are doing compared to others. Sure, there's a place for comparison but if you focus on doing the absolute best you can, you can't go wrong.

That being said, you're slightly above average as far as strength levels for males, I think. you're pretty strong considering you weigh only 155.. :dunno:

This is true. But if you wanted to compare just check out the F&N training logs. No need to ask you can just look at everyone's numbers

They're not horrendous numbers. I dont think there are many people who started with a 200+ bench or 300+ deadlift.

It's a great program that you're using so just stick with it and keep your diet in order.. you'll see results im sure.

If I'm not mistaken you said you didn't squat? If what you said previously, chances are you could squat around 100lb with good depth and form. Not burning you, its just something you need to practice.
