How useful (or harmful) are energy drinks to get that extra awareness for exercising?

    Thinking about getting a can for today since I am not hungry at all, but still feel full of energy.

    do caffeine pills instead

    same shit without all the extra filler

    or, just get a pwo drink like jack3d (less filler than a lot of the other shit as well)
