Hello. I’m just wondering if anyone can tell me of some basic exercises, which I can do around the home, that will work my lower chest muscles. I’ve been doing push ups a lot recently and have noticed that, while my chest has strengthened, there has only been an increase in muscle along the upper part of my chest – yet there is nothing on the lower section. I know that sounds weird but that’s how it is. Consequently, I’m assuming that push ups only work the upper muscles, so I’m in need of an exercise to work my lower chest muscles. I don’t have any gym equipment at home and I can’t afford to register with a local gym right now so if there are any weights involved then I will have to use household substitutes Thanks in advance.
