I am trying to figure out what positions I can use for my arms on a leg weight machine.
wtf? at first I thought you were talking about leg drive for benching but now I actually have no clue what you are talking about.
sit in an inverted eagle position. Put your hands down on the ground and push oppositely with your arms and legs.
super man that bish!
I live in a smalltown where the closest gym is an hour bus ride away and 110 a month. And the bench was the only weight equipment I could get out here.
posting a picture of said bench would help, because we have no idea what you're talkin about
i have a feeling u are not aware
no gym for home.
This is totally awesome.
what the fuck is a leg bench
This is it minus the two towers to hold a bar bell.
isn't that the same as a normal flat bench then? you can do every possible weight exercise you would be able to at the gym with dumbbells
But I wanted to use it like a machine due to the fact thatI have trouble staing in the proper posture for the exercise.
All the more reason for you to NOT use a machine then.
this reminds me of a kid i went to HS with who would push the leg press sled up and down with his hands while standing on the seat
Just do standing barbell curls and skullcrushers.
you can prolly do shrugs too. (but you got a fuckin straight bar for that)
just get a squat rack and do bicep curls.... you'll be good to go
That is the shittiest leg attachment I have ever seen on a bench.
I still can't tell if he wants to work out his legs or arms/chest
