Hi I had a broken appendix last year and nearly died, then I had a surgery this year because of an incisional hernia (my scar is 15cm - dont know the english size). But my doctors tell my I can do sport without thinking about it, but I have to take care of my stomach. I am 23 and very sporty, i play a lot basketball and do a lot of fitness. Before last surgery I made 2 passages with 15 repeats (shoulder, chest, arms, legs), but I should take less weight, so the fitness guy told me I should make 3x20, what do you think? I want to have defined muscles again, no need to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger ;) , I prefer the look of a runner.

So please give me advice :)
