I tried to sign up for an internet service, and the site was jammed up and it wouldn't work. So I emailed them telling them to cancel the order, and refund, which they did. Now a month later, they billed me again, but in the meantime I cancelled that bank account and it caused a bounced check. Now the website won't return my emails. I'd like to have an attorney send them a cease and desist letter, so I want to know how to find them.
