Do pullups get your lats very well?

I do the 4 big ones, bench press, military press, squats and deadlifts. These do all of the biggest muscle groups except lats and abs. Personally I think its funny to see jacked people with little or no lats, ripped lats look crazy.

Racking/Unracking heavy bench presses hits my lats really hard as well.

db pullover seems like it hits primarily chest, machine pullovers for lats are awesome

to get back to the topic at hand, bb row, db row, straight-arm pulldown, machine pullovers, pullups/pulldowns, seated row.. use different grip-variations, yadayada

db pullovers are almost worthless anyway..... machine pullovers or straight-arm cable pulldowns are WAY better

do you have a link to what the pullover machine would look like? Doing it with db's certainly works well for me, FEEL wise goes.

Unrack a 100%+ 3board and tell me you don't feel it hitting your lats HARD racking/unracking. I also like Chuck V pulls.
