Im trying to put pictures of a game on my website. Mostly Xbox stuff. Is there anyway to take pictures of the television. I use a Sony Cybershot. Anything will help. There is always a black line and its blurry. Thanks!

Shutter speed slower than 1/30th will eliminate the black line.

Does it have a "night mode" (not nightshot green mode) but like a auto mode with a picture of a person and a star?

Basically, you need to get a longer exposure. The TV refreshes 30x a second, so if you shoot faster than that you'll get a black bar.

tv capture card on your pc, feed your xbox into its coaxial, and use powervcr 2 to take snaps.

depending on the cybershot hes using its goin to be limited on options.. if its a lower end cam i don't think u can change the shutter speed etc..

best way to fix your problem is to experiment.. get a tripod mess w/ the settings and goto town.. thats how i learned.
