    My friend got rickrolled and now every time she opens FF it starts up with that. How does she undo that without uninstalling FF? Thanks!

    http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox

    rename the profile folder to something else and them re-import the bookmark

    or within the profile directory edit prefs.js and edit line

    user_pref("browser.startup.homepage", "http://.........................");

    to whatever site....

    user_pref("browser.startup.homepage", "http://www.yahoo.com");

    couldn't you just navigate to a new page, close firefox, and reopen it?

    or go into preferences and turn off restoring last session?

    Don't be lazy.
    Save the bookmarks and delete ff and the program folder, then reinstall.
    It takes you 5 minutes, if that, to reinstall plugins.
