I've got a suspicion that someone's installed a keylogger on my computer...I opened a .txt file which turned out to have nothing in it.

I know that it can be hard to get rid of keyloggers, but how do I find any, if they're there?

To be frank, I can worry about getting rid of them later on, I just need to know whether they're there or not...

    Thanks!

unless they used one that is known by spyware/virus scanners you could be hooped. run a scan 1st.

see what processes/services you have running and search for the ones that you don't recongizne.

and quit trying to surf gay porn at work, you boss doesnt like it!

If you think you got a keylogger from a txt file, chances are you don't have one.
