How to not gain weight on a road trip

    I recently got serious again about loosing weight. Long story I used to be really fat lost most of it and kind of got stuck around 200lbs. I finally decided to start doing something about it. However, I have to go on a week long road trip and don't want to loose the modest gains I have made. Any suggestions?

    Gas station food. :dunno: Almonds, beef jerky, decent quality protein bars/shakes if they have it (most only have shitty ones), fruit, hard boiled eggs, etc.

    That was my thought. I am planning on doing pushups, sit-ups, and bodyweight squats in the hotel room, any other basic workouts i can do? Obviously no comparisson to actually hitting the gym but should help right? :dunno:

    Pack up on meal replacement protein bars before you go. I went to Orlando on business a few weeks ago and brought a few dozen. You can usually find something healthy at every restaurant if you try hard enough. Don't eat a lot bread, order veggies as a side if you need a side, stick with chicken/fish, etc. Don't drink soda obviously.

    Pushups and situps are good. Jumping squats are great too - do them fast and you get a great cardio burn. That said cardio can be done almost anywhere and will burn off any extra calories you "accidentally" take in.

    you don't need to train and do thug workouts if it's just a week

    don't pound fast food and soda and you'll be fine

    I fucking love eating on road trips OM NOM NOM NOM. I literally stop for fast food approx. 5 times in a 6 hour drive. NOM NOM NOM NOM. Also stop at glory holes.

    Just don't eat like a pig and you should be fine. You might not lose any weight on the trip, but keep your eating under control and you shouldn't gain any either.
