I'm the sys admin for a small computer lab, and we need to update some software. What would be the best way to have the software install on all computers as once. I don't think logging on individually would be the best/most efficient way of doing things.

    thanks

we do it using netware's zenworks, which is awesome, but i doubt you are in a netware shop. in an ms shop you might be packaging the apps into msi's but i am not sure what you would use to deliver the package. here are some options

Ghost, if you can afford the licenses. Clone one hard drive and push it to them all.

I don't think he's trying to reimage every disk. He just wants to push a new program to every machine.
