what do you guys suggest i do to get  reverb effect on my low frequencies? i was thinking of getting a pass-through effects box. theres no noticeable way i can do that with porting my subs in my car in such a way that it sounds like a reverb effect similar to that inside of a club right? or in such a way that i'll have no trunk space as a result lulz

Uh, remove all the carpeting from your car?

Why would you want reverb? The playback equipment should produce the cleanest output possible. If the musician intended there to be reverb, they would have added it when they mastered the recording.

You're not going to get the sound of a large, open space in a small, confined space. There's not enough room for the sound to echo like you want.

You used to be able to buy cheap little addons to the stereo for reverb.

I think they were just spring reverbs, but they added a ton of reverb to the sound.

It's called the Hot Springs reverb. My dad has an old kit that he's installing into a rackmount box so he can put it on his recording rack.

if you're just wanting to make it seem you have a concert hall in your car... and if you can still find one, you can get things like... the carver cathedral enhancer, or jbl image enhancer... but you need a 4 channel amp for your speakers, and it doesn't work for the subs... i think i still have a carver cathedral enhancer at work.

Ooh, I just thought of something. He could loosen a bunch of frame bolts to get more reverb, inside and outside his car.
