TRIED SEARCHING BUT MY PAID MEMBERSHIP RAN OUT AND I CANT AFFORD TO RENEW YET :(, Sorry guys

I'm in the process of exercising to lose weight, worried that flabby skin might hang around, whats the best way to tighten up any loose skin?

    Looked into this.

Either surgery...and have a long recovery. (tummy tuck)

or fill the loose skin with muscle.

    Good luck

if you are gonna be filling it in with muscle, say around the abs, would putting muscle on lower back and obliques help tighten around the abs?

wouldnt adding overall mass to the back, lats, and chest also help tighten up the loose skin around the stomach?
