spread some capzasin-hp on the area 3x a day. if that isnt strong enough, use seran wrap and capzasin. It'll be gone in a few weeks

When I started cutting, the first place I lost "weight" was my face.

do you drink alot of alcohol? sometimes this can cause facial swelling, or a general puffiness look.

i hate when i look down at something my chin does this folding-in thing.

    it's a genetic thing.

i know plastic surgery can tighten it up but this is cheaper. ;)

    yes it does :ugh:

Capsaicin is the stuff in peppers that gives them their hot taste. Of interest here is that, when nerves are exposed to capsaicin, they release a very large amount of CGRP. Of course, too much CGRP and you can actually damage the nerve permanently. Curiously, by permanently damaging capsaicin-sensitive nerves, people actually get leaner. For example, in one study researchers took subjects and desensitized them to capsaicin by giving them a very large dose of the compound. They then compared those with matched controls after one month of usage. What they found was that that the desensitized subjects had 9% less epididymal and 30 % less retroperitoneal fat than the controls. This was due to a reduction in the number of fat cells. The authors proposed that by desensitizing the capsaicin-sensitive neurons they attenuated the normal increase in CGRP activity and thus promoted whole body insulin insensitivity.

What we really want to do for our purposes is provide a small dose of capsaicin to the nerve tissue that surrounds our subcutaneous adipose tissue. This way CGRP is released in this region resulting in localized insulin resistance, which should enhance fat loss from the targeted area. Furthermore CGRP is one of the most potent—if not the most potent –vasodilator naturally produced by the human body. So, it should substantially increase blood flow to the area, allowing for removal of the fatty acids that are released.

    Sterotypically Cleaze.

I saw a show on discovery health on that shit, it was like 2 hours long, it was used for people who had severe pain in their feet. they couldnt put it directly on the skin in some cases because the burning sensation was too intence. I dont think I'd want concentrated pepper cream near my eyes, nose, and mouth :hsugh:

My indoor tanning lotion burns more than Cap-HP. It's not bad. And every time you use it you become less sensitive to it.

I dont know if there is a lessened version of it that is commonly used, but the stuff he was talking about was like thousands the time as potent as peppers. People with unbearable, incurable pain would go in once a mounth for a treatment, the burning is supposed to be unbarrable but the pain goes away for weeks. Lemme try to Google something on it.

so you just rub a liberal amount of the cream on your chin for a month and it burns fat? what if you put too much on too long? can it cause nerve damage? any side effects aside from the burning?
