I have a webserver, and I'd like to monitor when there's a persistant connection, a la someone trying to brute-force logon. Is there a MS command-line tool for "killing" a connection?

For example, let's say I have a script running that detects logon attempts and remote IPs. Mr. 205.134.567.2 has been trying to log on with the username "ADMIN" and various passwords from a dictionary file. I decide he's been trying long enough, and want to kick him, then maybe ban that IP or an IP range (like 205.134.567.*). Any tools out there to do this programmatically?

    Thx.
