How to go about cleaning Suede/Leather seats.

    Well my IS300 has escaine seats which are part suede in the middle and part leather on the sides. The leather on the seats is getting kinda dried out and needing to be cleaned and conditioned (i havent had a chance since i bought it). How would you go about doing this, im afraid to possibly stain the suede or something.

    any need to worry about getting product on the suede? thats mainly what im worried about
