    I can rep 90s for 8-10

I can BARELY get the DB's up at the beginning though. Right isnt so bad, left is really ugly and weak.

I want to move up in weight but I cant get 95 or the 100s up at the beginning for the life of me.

Today I just asked my coworker for a lift so I could do the 100s, but I dont want to have to ask for a spot each time I db bench :hs:

I usually kick them up with my knees to get me started, but I'm only around the 70lb dumbbell range. :hs:

You seem to pretty much need a spotter for higher dumbbells.

I took like 3 months off DB bench, when I stopped I was doing 80s for 5

I just started doing them again last week.

I am going to try that with lighter weight next week. I am just afraid my arms wont catch and they'll flop down onto my chest :noes::noes:

usually i just fall backwards and push em up but that isnt working nemore :o

Get a spotter, I always grab someone to spot me when I go over 110's on Db's and 275 on BB

    this week i did 70's x 10, 90's x 8, 100's x 5 on incline after 225 x 8 , 255 x 5, 275 x 1 on flat bench

i usually need a spot for whatever weight im doing on my last set for DB's. On flat DB press i've been working up to 120's for 3-4 or so but need some help getting them into position. i can get 110's up by myself.

I kick them up with my knees also, works really well.

I have a problem getting the first rep up. After that it's gravy, I might start having someone spot me for the first rep where my arms are past 90°.

    hey

back before I took that year or so off, I was repping the 80's and scratching the 85 dumbbell range. My BB bench was maxing at about 185?

My BB bench sucks ass, but I can't do them as heavily as I would like due to rotater cuff injuries.

Never needed a spot I just put them on my knees and kick back than lay on the flat bench and rep em out with a hammer grip.
